Earth Day is a time to reflect on the present and future of our climate. What kind of world will we leave for our children?
The earth is pretty big, and it can be hard to believe that what we do can have an impact on such a giant. But the evidence is undeniable. More unstable weather. Loss of habitats and species. Disasters that are more frequent and longer lasting.
Most of the environmental destruction occurs because businesses believe that the best way to maximize profits is to put profits and productivity over principles, including environmental protection. But not everyone can afford to operate this way.
Not all of us can afford a spaceship ticket to Mars if this Planet is no longer sustainable! So what's one thing that we can do differently to nudge our future in the best direction?
