Definitely more annoying than Dawkins tweeting about the Doctrine of the Real Presence as if it's somehow this new shocking discovery about Roman Catholicism (maybe it is for him?) is the fact that many of the replies are from self-professed Catholics denying the doctrine.
When I was young I held opinions that were contrary to Church Teaching, but then I realized that if the Church is Christ's Body, then when the Church speaks dogmatically it's Christ speaking, and I had better get in line with Doctrine lest by denying it I deny Christ.
This is just to show that the problem isn't unique to the RCC, I've met many Orthodox, mostly nominal but some extremely active, who hold private objections to clear teaching on a variety of issues, even some issues of doctrine.
