@Hyundai To whom this may concern,

I scheduled an appointment for today with Napleton’s Hyundai in river oaks for 9am about 2 weeks ago. I arrived today at 9am for my routine maintenance appointment and was not serviced until 12pm. I had to remind the customer service rep that
I had been there since 9am and it wasn’t until then that he told me my car was coming in next, and he apologized. I am terribly disappointed with the service, I have been a loyal customer with Hyundai for a year now. Is this the type of service I should expect in the future?
If so I will have to take my business elsewhere.
