this is such an important point! we all need to be mindful of the language we use when describing astrological ideas and think about how we can do the least harm https://twitter.com/glazebrookgirl/status/1385269323116154884
the roundness often described is, imo, a lack of sharp and defined edges. the overall look of a cancer (or any water sign) rising is going to not typically have a lot of sharp and defined angles. this isn't no definition (because we all look different)
but if you were to compare a water sign rising to the rest of their family, they might have a slightly less defined jawline, smoother curves in the body, an overall sense of softer edges. roundness is in this case a lack of sharpness and harsh edges
this also has me thinking about rising signs and inherited traits. because obviously we all look like our parents, but i wonder if the AC could affect which traits we inherit. like i have a water sign rising, and i inherited my dad's round face and rounder nose
while i inherited curves and big boobs from my (cancer rising) mom. i got a lot of those softer and rounder features in the genetic lottery. vs my taurus rising brother inherited a straighter nose and more oval face
also wow i said the same thing twice in this thread. shows what happens when you tweet before finishing your thoughts. oh well
