Support ignores tickets - Ferrari 812 Superfast Garage before purchase - I owned 12 blueprints before the vault event. I made a purchase for 60+30 bonus blue prints. The 30 bonus blueprints were not assigned. @EA @EAHelp @sean_from_ea @TheFiremonkeys
The advertised blueprints package on the Vault event, 60+30 bonus blueprints. The 7 day winnings will already assign 10+30+100 blueprints - total 140 blueprints. That gives you a 5* car with 10/50 blueprints as seen below
Event Car - 1 race to go before purchase. 5* car 10/50 blueprints. I then purchase 60+30 bonus blueprints, total 90. Which should bring the car up to a 7* car.
The car in my garage is a 6* car with 32/50 blueprints. I already owned 12 blueprints as mentioned at the start. I am therefore missing 30 blueprints, equal to the bonus blueprints purchased.
I am so sorry I feel i have to open a twitter account to make a public display like this. Firemonkeys support just keep closing my tickets without resolution, for real money purchases. I'll provide tickets to review for any staff who wish, any info they need!
I just want help for a genuine purchase issue, 5 recent purchases this month. 4 previous purchases were eventually resolved, but no longer getting any official support. im frustrated and driven to look for other means of resolution. I logged a bug for the purchase issue as it
affects every single purchase, i have supporting screenshots and info as above in this thread. but again, ticket closed with no resolution, and i doubt it will be passed to developers to be made aware of given how firemonkeys support are not cooperating.
