CONTEXT SETTING?
I understand that the topic asked is about "Sexual Desired", in particular.
However, we are going to start with "Desires", in general,
and then focus down to the "Sexual Desires" which is part of a category of desires called "Desirous State"

*A note before we proceed*
All the definitions that we are going to use is from an emotional perspective. These might be different compared to the literal meaning
The reason to use emotional meanings is because it helps differentiate between synonyms like "want"/ "need"

*What is a DESIRE?*
A Desire is a driving force that triggers us into action to achieve/avoid something.
We all have desires.
A human without Desires is just a corpse.

*Are there any types of Desires?*
Boradly, Desires are of 5 types.
1. Necessity
2. Want

(5/24)
1. NECESSITY
Everything that is required for you to complete a critical task at hand
a. If your "survival" is the task at hand the Water, food, shelter and clothes could come under necessity
b. Now if task is to reproduce, that& #39;s where Sexual desires comes as necessity

2. WANT
A desire of want comes into play when we have a goal in our mind that we want to achieve.
We have all the reasons with us to pursue it.
1. What to do?
2. Why to do?
3. How to do?
"Want" ensures action.

This goal is not as critical as & #39;survival& #39; but has enough driving force to push us to follow along.
Eg. Monetary goal, Career Goals, Relationship goals and also,
Family planning goals is where "Want", as a desire in a sexual way, plays its part.

3. NEED
From definition point of view, it is quite similar to that of "want",
i.e. a drive to achieve a goal that& #39;s in our mind.
However there is a difference in a way we go about this goal,
Unlike "Want", "Need" is born out of a sense of entitlement & expectations.

We feel that since we are a certain someone we have the right to get what we want
Eg. Demanding an PS5 from your parents for your birthday
In the same way, feeling entitled to "Sexual" favours from your partner is where "Need" as a desire in a sexual way plays it part.

4. WISH
A desire is called as a WISH when we have a goal in our mind that we want to achieve.
But, we DON& #39;T pay much attention to as on,
1. Why we want it?
2. How are we going to get it?
"Wish" doesn& #39;t induces Action. It& #39;s an empty emotion.

CAUTION:
Every Thought/Desire you don& #39;t give a closure to, becomes a problem in the long run.
A desire starting as a wish,
1. Can be converted to a WANT as soon as you figure out your "Why(s)" and "How(s)"
2. Or NECESSITY, depending upon the criticality of task.

However,
If left as is, could turn into something crazy that is called as a Desirous State.
It& #39;s a worst form of a desire you could operate out of.
Let& #39;s discuss in detail

5. DESIROUS STATE
It& #39;s a state of daydreaming, wherein the person has no idea when & how he gets in and only realises that he/she was zoned out after looking at the clock.
It& #39;s a pleasure seeking experience wherein we feel as if we have achieved where we wanted to be.

(14/24)
*How does it start and Why?*
A desirous state is always about things we deeply want but we aren& #39;t working towards as much as we should.
We are extremely fascinated about the end result but hate to put in the effort that is required.

So instead of doing anything, we end up thinking about it so much that we feel the pleasure of actually getting what we want.
The reason it& #39;s crazy is because once we start deriving pleasure this way, it becomes subconscious
Soon we feel to have no control over it
