As HoD I've had to delay and back-pedal on some really valuable work, which would benefit many students across multiple year groups for the long term, because we just haven't got staff capacity. 3/4
The sooner we have clarity, certainty and rigorous, consistent assessment back again, the sooner we will be able to get back to developing and teaching the rigorous curriculum our students deserve and which is the best thing for them. 4/4
