ever wondered why you have low self esteem?? it’s because you overvalue what others think about you
you always seek approval from others in order to feel good about yourself.. you give way too much importance to what people say or think about you and take it as an indicator of your own value
why are you always depreciating yourself?? you’re just too hard on yourself
you always beat yourself up for the smallest mistakes that are no big deal but every mistake that you make feels like it’s another proof that you’re worthless
you underestimate yourself way too much.. why??? you always expect your own failure.. you always think you can’t do anything you want without trying first and that leads to making you feel you’re never good
if you believe in yourself and feel confident in yourself, you can do anything.. i really believe that
low self esteem is like driving through life with your hand-brake on
your value don’t decrease base on someone’s inability to see your worth
understand this, people who repeatedly attack your confidence and self esteem are quite aware of your potentials
work on being in love with the person in the mirror
close your eyes and imagine the best version of you because that’s who you really are.. let go off any part of you that doesn’t believe it
many of us harbor hidden low self esteem.. we deem everything and everyone more important than ourselves and think that meeting their needs is more important than meeting our own needs but if you run out of gas everyone riding with you will be left stranded
you need to care about you, even more
