Twitter is very much a place where we choose what we share, and often only share our successes. But I think it& #39;s equally important for people to see the failures.

Here& #39;s two rejection emails from a few years ago where I felt confident after each interview and thought I had it.
It& #39;s hard not to take it personally sometimes, because it feels like a personal rejection. But having gone through this on both sides, I know it isn& #39;t usually isn& #39;t.

Sometimes the skills just don& #39;t line up and there& #39;s confusion on what they& #39;re actually looking for.
But looking back at these and seeing where I am now, I& #39;m kinda glad it didn& #39;t work out, because I might not be where I am today.

The point is to keep going and growing. You& #39;ll learn a lot more from failure than success.
