I think people think if it’s not headline news it didn’t happened so I’m going to start telling you about the Black people police killed that you didn’t hear about, maybe 1 a day so you understand the magnitude of a police state that kills so much we can:
DION JOHNSON. He was shot and killed on MAY 25, 2020 by Arizona police officers while he was asleep in his car
Manuel Ellis was killed by Washington police on March 3, 2020 during a traffic stop. Video showed him on the ground while officers repeatedly struck him, witnesses begged them to stop, + he said he couldn’t breathe. His death was ruled a homicide but police haven’t been charged
ARIANE MCCREE. On November 23, 2019 he was killed by South Carolina Police. He was falsely accused of shoplifting at a Walmart, a police officer arrived and handcuffed his hands behind his back, then scared he ran into the parking lot and the officer shot him repeatedly to death.
EVERETTE HOWARD. In 2011, Howard was 18 years old attending a summer class at the University of Cincinnati when a campus police officer tased him to death.
TYRESE WEST. On June 15, 2019, 18-year-old Tyrese West was riding his bike when Mt Pleasant Police Sargent Eric Giese stopped him for riding a bike without headlights. Tyrese ran away and the officer shot him twice in the head, killing him. The officer was never charged
CHAVIS CARTER. On July 29, 2012, Arkansas arrested 21 year old Chavis. They handcuffed him + put him in the backseat of the police car where he was found dead, gun shot to the head. Officers claimed that handcuffed Chavis shot himself w/ a mysterious gun. Officers never charged
DERRICK SCOTT. May 2019. Body cam footage revealed Oklahoma City officers physically arresting and restraining Derrick Scott as he pleaded that he couldn’t breathe + needed medicine, the cop responded he didn’t care, and Scott died. The officers were never charged or reprimanded
MAURICE GORDON. May 2020, a NJ police officer pulled him over for speeding. The officer claims there was a struggle while opening the car door and he shot Maurice 6 times in the stomach and killed him. The officer wasn’t charged
SEAN REED. May 2020. Shot 13+ times in the back on live Facebook stream. The officer didn’t realize Sean had been live streaming it on Facebook so after shooting and killing Sean, he stood over his body and said “that’s gonna be a closed casket homie.” No charges
DANROY HENRY. October 2010. Danroy was a college football player at Pace University. He was parked outside a bar with a friend and an officer shot him several times and killed him. The officer was then awarded the Officer of the year award by the police Union
DESMOND PHILLIPS. March 17 2017, 25-year old Phillips was having a mental health episode when Chico police shot him 11 times + killed him. A federal judge decided that the cops’ actions were justified. New videos have emerged showing discrepancies in the cops stories
DEBORAH DANNER. On October 18, 2016, 66 year old Deborah Danner was having a mental health episode so a neighbor called 911 to check on her. The police claimed she had a scissors and a baseball bat, the EMT on the scene denied it. Police shot her 6 times + killed her. Acquitted
LYMOND MOSES. January 13, 2021, Delaware police claimed Moses made a U-turn and was speeding in their direction so the police then shot him multiple times and killed him.
PATRICK WARREN. January 10, 2021. Patrick’s family called the Killeen, Texas police for a mental health check. They arrived to the family’s home where Patrick was unarmed and emotionally distressed. Police Officer Reynaldo Contreras shot Patrick to death. No charges yet
REGINALD JOHNSON. January 15, 2021, Mississippi police shot and killed Reginald outside of the Harrison County Courthouse. The officers claimed he had a knife. No charges, no investigation or information has been released to his family.
DAVID MCATEE. He was a beloved member of the Louisville community. He catered food all around the city + was even known for giving the police free meals. He was feeding people at a Louisville protest for Breonna Taylor on June 1, 2020 when police fired into a crowd and killed him
AURA ROSSER. In 2014, in Michigan, Aura’s boyfriend called 911 to ask for the police to escort him from their home. When the police entered the home they claim Aura was holding a knife and didn’t drop it so they tased and shot her to death. No charges
