A total of 18,000 was recharged in error on a glo line 07052319326 through @gtbank on 23/02/2021 at 5:45pm which was reported to @GloWorld for a refund. @GloWorld directed that such are treated through @Clickatell and was ask to send a mail to support@clickatell.com;

interestingly they retracted the said amount of airtime in less than 48hrs from the affected glo line but unfortunately all trio; @GloWorld @gtbank @Clickatell has failed to refund the said amount back to account as promised and as appropriate till date.

To cap it @Clickatell support stopped responding to mail and provide update on above issue. I demand an urgent resolution.
