I installed LiteSpeed cache and configured all the settings in order to cache and minify everything

Tuned all the images and enabled lazy loading
This was a must because I have a lot of images on my front page in the portfolio section

Installed and configured OMGF Pro to host my Google fonts locally and block fonts that I am not using that are still loading
Disabled the Elementor icons from loading by following this guide
All my icons are actually loaded as SVGs to increase performance so this font library doesn't need to be loaded https://elementor.com/help/speed-up-a-slow-site/

At this point, I think that I took it as far as I could using the Elementor builder
