I’ve been listening to The Waste-Free World, a nonfiction book about the circular economy. Where we’ve been, where we are, where we can go and why. Learning about the things people are doing to solve problems has given me a bit of hope. I received an audio copy via @PRHAudio.

Speaking of fast fashion, I value the work of @AjaSaysHello. Recently she spoke about how wearing your old fast-fashion pieces is much more ethical/sustainable than buying new ethical pieces. A really useful reminder as we’re inundated with ads today.
We throw out 80 lbs of clothes per person per year. That is mind-boggling.
As always, the systems we’ve built that exploit natural resources also exploit people.
