Heads up: mine would probably be the longest out of all threads cus i have the most receipts so bare with me.

So, pyka @dandannnie and i, we were mutuals since around late last year but we started gotting closer just as this year began.
We would usually talk about random things any mutual would. Then in January, you started opening up abt the issues you faced in the office. Ever since then i've been an avid listener to all your work concerns, then it slowly went to your medical conditions (depression, anxiety),
and later you started seriously opening up about your buyers and how you're just so stressed with handling their "attitudes" and "weird demands". Me being a very analytic and observant person, the way i see it is that you just basically couldnt handle your own anger management &
stress. Youre so drawn to your emotions that you cant even understand what the other parties are actually trynna convey to you. Honestly in most cases that you hv shared between you & your buyer, it's mainly due to both's faults. Not all, just mostly. I mean, i get why you would
be mad over certain things your buyers say or do but to be furiated by their every single action- and then you feel like shutting down so easily right when people just started to bombared you with a new situation, you immediately try to get away from those matters instead of
being calm and collected, think rasionality or sort out all your problems responsibally. I'm not saying that you arent doing this at all, but youre doing it so minimally. The way you handle your GOs and customers honestly, you need ALOT of improvement. ALOT. And i'm so amazed at
how you would just rage all your anger about your buyers to me (and to MANY others) so carefreely eventho we just started to know e/o. Like even regarding your financial on family matters, you would just shamelessly rant out your stories to us all w/out caring. Just wow. And also
the way you would talk to your customers in a super harsh and angry tone. Let me just remind you that customers have the right to ask, whether it is something that you have clarified or not. Like it or not, it's your RESPONSIBILITY to provide them w/ the best service, cus that's
what a GOM is supposed to do. Provide GOOD SERVICE. If you know you have personal issues w/ handling your emotions that could effect your service performance, then why become a GOM in the begining? Now, have you actually provided good service to your buyers all this while?
Let's break that down.

Okay moving on to the real deal here.

20 Mar 2021. I was busy preparing for xiuweet discord screening when you texted me this 👇🏻 (sorry i couldnt download those ss cus i deleted them already and it's not in the chat's memory anymore)
So as i mentioned in the 3rd pic, i did personally dm that buyer (let's name her buyer 1) myself. After my chaotic dm w/ buyer 1 to convince her to cancel the refund, we ended up proceeding with the refund anyway. RIGHT AFTER THAT, I HAD TO REFUND TO ANOTHER BUYER WORTH RM110?!?!
(Let me remind you that at this point, my sole purpose was to genuine help Pyka to ease her job, plus gladly i had extra savings. I still wasnt aware of the debts she had with other people before me.)

Pic 1, i tried to refund buyer 2 that night but sotong buat hal. In pic 2,
She was expressing abt how buyer 1 made an expose thread abt her tagging many nct selling accs under the tweet. In this case, i found that buyer 1 was overreacting abt this issue in a way. And yes, i backed up pyka cus i was against it. I legit dmed every single acc that buyer 1
tagged and told each of em that pyka wasnt a scammer & asked them to not rt the thread. After that was done, i resumed refund to buyer 2. (In pic 1 & 2, i kinda dont understand why is she so keen to know abt @pasarexo's reaction lmfao). So basically, pyka has borrowed my RM174 🥲
After that, we contacted again around 2 April about you ranting abt your Ateez album buyers. Since then, we lost contact. Fast forward, i heard about your hospitalization from kak anna, which you infromed through @moontuan93. Of course it was shocking cus it's so sudden??
When i heard abt it i knew it was fishy from the start cus u didnt menrion where u were warded at and til how long, plus you straight away handed over your GO GForms to Moon just like that overnight. And this all happened at the time where your buyers are all searching for you.
One of your KickBack buyers (Aisya) even dmed me randomly to ask abt your whereabouts. 👇🏻

True to others or at least to yourself than we're gonna unveil the truth for u. Please pyka, dont blame us in the end cus this all started from u. All we ask for is for u to make it up to your mistakes before it's too late. Our job to make u realize what youve done wrong is done
We demand Pyka to pay her DEBTS to @hayeorieee, @ainajunkim, @peachshaloey and her K-Sellers.

We demand Pyka to settle all her GOs IMMEDIATELY.

We demand Pyka to CLOSE HER SHOP instantly after all GOs are settled.

We demand Pyka for an apology for all the damage she has done.
