Getting a lot of questions about the KYC process of the #CSCSwap and estimated clearance and status updates.

It's currently impossible for me to read any of my messages and reply in an adequate way as I will be immediately flooded with new messages. Sorry for that. A thread:
Once you submitted your data and you are at step 7, all you have to do is sit back and relax. You are entering a queue that is currently a thousand people big, at any given time. Our current backlog is 24h.
A team member will look at your KYC data, do a quick DD check on where funds did come from, and approve it. If something is wrong, you will get a notice.

The coin burn will be initiated, which means coins are taken from your CSCL CSC account and send to the Swap Collector.
A second member of the team will authorize the Swap Payment by initiating a multi-sig transaction(1/2). We are utilizing dedicated signer accounts in @XummWallet, which is, by the way, the best wallet in this galaxy.

Those will be put in a queue as well waiting to be co-signed.
A third member of the team pulls up the Swap Payment, gives it a quick check, and signs it off (1/2).

A batch job pushes transactions out every minute. It's actually a straightforward process.
If everything goes well and no extended checks are happening, we facilitate 2 - 3 checks per minute. We are giving our best to catch up with the backlog. As of now, please estimate 24h to 48h for your request to be cleared. If you are at step 7, just wait.
Every time you ping one of us on discord, telegram, or via DM on Twitter, it takes away a minute. We can't give you info on the status of your swap specifically and core members can not give you personal support. It is simply impossible.
