People are threatening war or violence because Nigerians are seeing first hand the kind of extremism that has permeated a region and the human cost of it; we are all tied down to this and we are all suffering.

This thread like my Yakowa tweets is another reveal on extremism.

Today, I will be discussing a phrase "Allah Ya Kara nauyin kasa"

"Allah kara Nauyin kasa" is a phrase used in the North when people like me and you die. If you do not share similar beliefs, they will say it on news of your death.
Read this tweet of this very normal Northern fellow defining it as a term they use when a "disbeliever" dies.

The term literally states that since people like me do not believe,may the earth increase in weight so that it will crush us in death.
