@Bajaj_Finserv they& #39;re literally not even talking on the phone, they& #39;re talking to each other. I actually heard someone talking about having sex with someone& #39;s boyfriend the other day, while I was on the line waiting for them to realise that I had answered my phone.

I recorded the rest of that call where I confronted your agent for that behaviour and they kept evading my questions and just saying "do you want this card?" As if I& #39;d be interested after the way they just behaved.
