The oil storage tanks at ThiLaWa are managed by PUMA energy together with Asia Sun Energy (owned by a Myanmar citizen). 1/

In the statement released today on Apr 22 (2:30PM) from PUMA energy, they did not mention anything about Asia Sun energy. 2/

It says "After PUMA energy halted their work on Feb 10, the highest shareholder MPE has been handling the work for NEPAS"

PUMA energy did not clearly state about where they stand and they did not mention about their partner Asia Sun energy. 3/

But it is the managers from Asia Sun energy who are forcing the CDM employees to come back to work. 4/

We request PUMA energy to state clearly of where they stand. Don't twist your words and let the SAC terrorists use your technology and premises. Don't be an accomplice for #CrimesAgainstHumanity and #WarCrimes happening in ethnic areas. 5/5
