seeing children& #39;s suffering and not standing up for them. Then, after all this time, an Independent Restraint Review Panel is to be established - following recommendation by @charlie_taylor6 (whose review was set up after our legal challenge to pain-inducing restraint). But 2/4
the government already knows who it wants to appoint as the so-called independent chair. & none of the Panel members are to be drawn from children& #39;s rights or advocacy organisations, and the framing yet again is about the behaviour management of children rather than cultural 3/4
