We can ask where is global solidarity, but the answer there is none. We've spent 40 years pushing globalization for markets, not so much global health. 2/
Unless we (re)build health from the ground up from the US to India as a global project, a collective task, the suffering of the past year will just repeat itself again and again, on the background of still-with-us pandemics. Malaria. TB. HIV. end/
