Hello! Before I reply to inquiries, GAJA CHAIN PH would like to address the concerns about some feedbacks that the albums they've received are damaged. First and foremost, we make sure to properly sort the albums — based on the minimal damages it has.

As what we have posted on our account, we are very transparent ans very much willing to replace the TEA posters that were folded and creased, there are only 3 ORANGE TREASURE EFFECT albums that were horrendously damaged. And we refrain to send them to our buyers.

Before we pack your items, we make sure to take photos of it as a proof that your albums are on a great condition (see photos below). Please know that when your orders are 'to ship' by your chosen courier, we are no longer in control of the handling process of the courier.

Lastly, we very much appreciate if you could leave a positive nor a negative feedback on your orders. We are open to improvements to enhance our service to our customers.

A negative feedback does NOT mean ruining a business' reputation. It defines honesty and openness.

This is why GAJA CHAIN PH highly requests for our buyers to record/film an unboxing video once your orders arrived. With this, we can minimise any risk of any mishandled items by either the courier or GAJA CHAIN

Please know that GAJA CHAIN PH is open to any partiality of refunds if the orders you have received were mishandled by our shop, not the courier you have chosen.
