Kate Wilson @fruitbatmania is bringing a case in the (usually) secret tribunal that the Mark Kennedy undercover operation breached her human rights. This is the case we started together in 2011, but when we both settled the civil claim part of our cases, the Police

expressly prohibited me from continuing to the IPT, but didn't write that in for Kate's settlement. She is the only one able to continue to try and get this landmark ruling on human rights. Whilst the ruling will be specific to her, she's dong it for all of us who

were affected by Mark Kennedy's undercover operation, his managers and his superiors. It's for those of us who had long-term relationships (mine was 6 years long), and those of us whose rights to political activity and protest were infringed, and for anyone affected by any other

undercover officer over the decades in which they've been operating. She has done all this hard work to push the case to this stage for herself and all of us, and those protesting now and in future. She has dragged the cops kicking and screaming to court and is holding up their
