2:-The ticket was shown canceled on 16th April 2021 and now how suddenly its shown active if the Booking is already canceled?, As same cancelation and full ticket refund is confirmed by your representative on mail, How ticket is showing active? @makemytrip @makemytripcare

3:- Have called lufthansa customer care they also have confirmed the booking cancelation and informed your agent in this case which is you i.e @makemytrip have still not applied or requested full refund of ticket amount ? Why is that so ? @makemytripcare @MakeMyTripTech

4:- Lufthansa also informed once they receive refund requested from my agent i.e you @makemytrip refund will be initiated in 2 weeks then why @makemytrip @makemytripcare have still not filed for my ticket refund with @lufthansa Awaiting call from @makemytrip @makemytripcare
