2/ Boris Johnson will claim that the UK is a climate leader but it’s fair share of effort requires being at zero by 2030 & $1 trillion in financial support to the global South. Empty promises with no plans mean nothing to people or planet
3/ the US fairshare of effort also requires real@emissions cuts by 2030 at home plus financial transfers to the global South to pay for their carbon colonialism
