Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs Usec.

The kafala system requires migrant workers to have a sponsor in the host country before a visa and worker's permit can be issued.
DFA Usec.
DFA Usec. Borje on a possible teleconference summit between Japan and PH: May plano pero nung nagpaplano ang Japan at Philippines, nasa background natin ang challenges ng pandemya. https://bit.ly/32En5iq
DFA on abolishing kafala system: We're very positive. There's no turning back dahil nagsimula na ang mga reforms. (1/2)
Taguig City Mayor Lino Cayetano on ECQ aid: Around 66% ng initial batch, 'yung recipients dati ng SAP 1 and 2, 4Ps.
Taguig City mayor on using malls as vaccination sites: Hindi lang SM, pati Vista Mall, Ayala, Arthaland, Megaworld have already reached out. Kapag nasa mall, nasa komportable. Very accessible. We are activating 4-5 malls that will be vaccination centers.
Taguig City mayor: Meron 20 to 30 community vaccination centers.
Taguig City govt will also deploy two vaccination buses, its mayor says
Sa A2 and A3, sa seniors and may comorbidity, marami pang kailangang gawin. In two to three weeks, baka pwede na nating isabay.
Taguig City mayor: Bago pa nag-reach out ang DICT, we already migrated to digital platform. Nasa 25,000 na ang nababakunahan namin using the trace program.
Taguig City mayor: We've added quarantine facilities. What we did is we constructed two more quarantine facilities. (1/2)
Taguig City mayor on lifting of MECQ in Metro Manila: Kung handa at sapat ang mga kama at ospital, kaya na nating magbukas.
Kahit PNP o AFP 'yan, all of them have to follow health protocols. (1/2)
Taguig City mayor: Ang ginagawa lang natin ay nilalapitan natin, tinutulungan if we can provide people to help sa social distancing, magprovide ng gamit, PPEs. (2/2)
Taguig City mayor on community pantry: We welcome it but let's be conscious of our health protocols.
