Sometimes I think about how lbh is much younger than mbj. I like to imagine this very angsty teenager coming over and beating mbj and mbj’s heart kinda goes out to him bc?? Abandoned child???
mbj decides to act as the most indirect parental figure in the world. Gently leading trouble away and trying his best to go “hey, maybe let’s think it over first” bc MAN. This child was absolutely not ready to lead the world of demons
So after lbh conquers the demon realm despite mbj’s protests and immediately foists all responsibility on mbj, mbj breathes a small sigh of relief bc they won’t be led by this very angry barely an adult. At least mbj was raised to be a king.
That’s why mbj makes no complaint when lbh takes off on his 103826th honeymoon.
