I think you might fundamentally misunderstand how charity law works, and the Equality Act 2010 to boot. Which is a touch alarming.

It is perfectly legitimate for any charity not to be "inclusive of marginalised groups" because it depends on its purpose, intentions, etc 1/5 https://twitter.com/sarahvibert82/status/1384928002765688834
The excellent https://www.jewishcare.org  provides services targeted at Jewish communities. The important https://www.freedomcharity.org.uk/  focuses on preventing FGM and supporting those at risk and victims of it. https://www.rsbc.org.uk/  is involved with blind children & young people 2/5
And there are charities not focused on people at all - those which maintain structures, or provide animal sanctuaries, etc.

I bet you don't really think that all charities should be doing all the things for all the people and all the marginalised groups. Because that would be daft. It's not possible for all charities to do everything. Obviously. 4/5
So, perhaps you should think about your dubious assertion about "marginalised groups" because it's not possible, not true, entirely impractical, and makes it appear you are substituting virtue-signalling for thought. 5/5
