I've had conflicting info from StatsCan on whether 
's can rewrite a Census question. First I was told yes. Then I was told 'no'. StatsCan says there is no more space for comments on the paper form than there is online. If 's can't answer a question, use the comment space.

Also, note that the consultations referred to in this thread closed March 12. Anything you want to tell StatsCan, put them in the comments space on your Census form!
