The claims were submitted well within the 90 day claim limit, but then AH sat on these claims, indicating that they needed further assessment FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR. Only a year later did I receive a rejection. There was NO OTHER REASON to reject them.
Never, in all my years of billing submissions have I ever encountered this issue before 2020. You can't reject a claim because you, as the payor, didn't get around to assessing it until after the deadline! @DShepYEG @EZMSA2 @Albertadoctors
