why choi san of ateez is the full package - a thread

a little introduction first! san was born on july 10th, 1999 making him a cancer. his mbti is infp and his position in the group is lead vocalist. his hobbies are exercise & sleeping and he’s known for being very energetic, warm-hearted and hardworking

allthough many people think so, san is not the main dancer. he does get praised for it a lot. he has good technique, perfect coordination, great control of hip movements and dance angles. knows how to control his momentum and effectively decelerate energy after consecutive steps

his stage presence, which he is most known for, is truly on another level. his expressiveness and charisma are exceptional and so rare. performing comes natural to him. he’s so captivating it almost feels like you’re watching a movie

his facial expressions are sensational, it’s what makes him so special. he never breaks character, not even when changing positions. his expressions compliment his movements and you can also see the theatrical influence and storytelling

proving himself as the lead vocalist, san has a beautiful voice. it’s really distinctive and light but also strong at times. his head voice is amazing, his transitions are beautiful and he has great potential to only get better

now onto other things, firstly his language skills! san’s first language is korean but he is learning english and japanese. he easily picks up pronunciation from foreign languages and during the latest fancalls we can see how good his english is getting

his father owns a taekwondo studio and san has a third degree black belt in taekwondo! he’s been doing it since he was a kid and you can see that because his flexibility is crazy

san’s official acting debut will be on the upcoming k-drama called imitation (with yunho, seonghwa and jongho) but he has shown in the past that he has always been good at acting

one of his many talents is impersonating people. he often does it on variety shows and never fails to make the members laugh

san is super loving and affectionate with his members it’s so endearing. he has so much love to give
