People who think feeling nervous before public speaking is anything like my daily anxiety have no idea.

Here& #39;s a taster of my anxiety
"you really are crushed under a lot of negative self talk. Know what& #39;s fun? It& #39;s made up of words of others meant to hurt you & make you small
But wait! It gets better! If you undo all off this & it& #39;s going to be so much work, you sure you want to do this? IF you climb that Mt everest THEN you get to grapple with been exactly what society hates! A loud, opinionated woman who people are just going to mock
Because you live in a patriarchy & that fight feels like it& #39;s gone backwards in your lifetime. There& #39;s no success or happy for you in this world. These are impossible goals for you & have been since the day this brain was put into this meat vehicle. "
In conclusion, this is not a competition over who has it worse. I don& #39;t want your sympathy it& #39;s worse than useless. I want people to understand there are experiences outside of yours. Respect & empathy is allowing my experience to exist & have its own space.
Don& #39;t tell me my experience has to be exactly like yours to be real. A lot of us know other countries exist without personally experiencing them. Extend that level of belief to other people& #39;s experiences.
