I want to be clear: it's not a crime to be tech illiterate. I've taught students who are tech illiterate.

The difference is they weren't colossal jerks about it. They didn't shame people for their tech illiteracy as they struggled to book appts for a life-saving vaccine.
Tech moves very fast. It's easy to fall behind. That's why everyone should be kind & patient with each other, especially when the whole world moved online.

But you don't have to be kind & patient to jerks, especially when people are literally dying because of their decisions.
Oh and...

I also didn't appreciate @fordnation implying that my father was stupid for needing my help to book his vaccine appointment in this convoluted mess of a rollout, and meanwhile this guy doesn't even know how to use a smartphone.
