NEW: City of Green Bay Attorney issues report to paper over concerns about the City's handling of the Election and makes some BIG admissions. /thread
City of Green Bay admits that the Zuckerbucks funded organization "CTCL connected the City with NVAHI (National Vote at Home Institute)" and Spitzer-Rubenstein was to "assist with election tasks the City chose to assign" tasks that only the Clerk had the legal authority to assign
[Spitzer-Rubenstein] "He indicated that as the state lead, he reached out to the fifty most
populous cities." - he is admitting he/CTCL/NVAHI only targeted Democrat-leaning voting areas.
City of Green Bay admits that Spitzer-Rubenstein basically redesigned their early-in-person absentee voting process.
Report also indicates that Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein was involved with "Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Wauwatosa, and West Allis."
City of Green bay admits the Mayor "gave a directive" for the move to a Central Count facility. "Notably,
then-Clerk Teske strongly opposed moving Central Count to a different location."
"Then-Chief of Staff Jeffreys indicated that she didn't
thoroughly review the document when it was sent to her for signature on October 27, 2020 because
time was short. Accordingly, she signed the booking as-is and without noticing that Spitzer-Rubenstein was still listed as POC"
City of Green Bay admits one major problem at Central Count on Election Day "the DS450 rejecting a large number of ballots that had to be reconstructed as a result" - BIG Question: Who oversaw the reconstruction of those ballots?
So CTCL grant funded thee SD450 High Speed Tabulator, which the City then blames for a major problem on election night.
Green Bay Report admits that Spitzer-Rubenstein was "provided with a 'City employee' tag" by none other than Amaad Rivera-Wagner! #GreenBayelectionscandal #wiright
