“I want to have a supportive community as I'm building & launching my startup“

In addition to fellowships (check out the past thread 😉), I always tell founders to check out co-living houses bc they can have a tremendous impact!

A couple that have stood out to me!👇
@togethercasa
1. “Zillow for co-living” —> a perfect place to search for and apply to co-living houses
2. Together helps you organize your own unique experience!
3. Also, a few awesome Together houses (or casas) can pop up, like @mtncompound in SLC
@togethercasa (cont.)
4. Ppl can organize houses for 1 month+ & guests can book for any duration of time
5. Highly recommend checking it out, was the 1st co-living house I was a part of and tremendously impactful!
6. Keep an eye out for houses going live on Together very soon👀
@launch_house
1. Tik Tok house meets startups/founder hacker house
2. Currently in LA, at a multi-million $ mansion (people have fun, but grind hard)
3. Recently changed to a month-long “Founder Residency”
@launch_house (cont.)
4. “Designed to level-up founders in the early stages of their ventures” = launching ventures, raising $, working w/ creators, 🔥 GTM, etc...
5. Also have an in-house team of experts, events like startup teardowns, and a growing list of exclusive perks
@JoinEdyfi
1. A “co-living experience for curious, passionate, and purpose-driven young people”
2. People in the 18-23 years old age range are encouraged to apply (but anyone is welcome)
3. Events like Learning Groups, Book Clubs, Demo/Pitch Nights, buildathons, & Fireside Chats
@JoinEdyfi (cont.)
4. Also stuff like outdoor excursions, spoken stories, family dinners, and city exploring with the house
5. Including this summer, locations in SF, NYC, Seattle, and SLC
6. Three-month commitment, anywhere from $700-$2200/month (they offer scholarships!!)
@enter_thegarden
1. A house for female builders! (a place to develop personal projects, startups, and creative work surrounded by like-minded & brilliant women)
2. The Garden is "a safe space to be vulnerable and create deep, long-lasting emotional connections" (apps still open)
@enter_thegarden (cont.)
3. Hiking, kayaking, beach, city adventures, etc.. also w/ events like Demo/Pitch Nights, Hackathons, Book Clubs, Learning Groups, Networking, Mentorship, & Guest Speakers
4. Kicking off in summer 2021 (June 1 - Aug 1) in SF with a house of 10-12 people
@rocketshiphouse
1. Startup Studio? Incubator? Hacker House? Content House? = At the intersection of startup/tech/creator economy in LA
2. launched stuff like  @gayburgerco 🍔
@Advntrhouse
1. The ADVNTR House is not just a house, but a community of Gen Z (and Zillennial) founders, VCs, and creators
2. Rural Arizona, 2 months, with a house of 8 - 10 people
3. Hiking, ATVing, boating, etc.. on some weekends and grinding and collaborating on weekdays
Have personally been living in co-living for the past few months, and have already met people who have made a tremendous impact on my life and have had life-changing experiences! (Highly recommend)

depth of connection > # of connections!
♡ Some friends are also putting together a more casual house in LA for May — hmu if you’d be interested (2 spots left)!

We also have resources for those in the @thefounderhaus community so be sure to sign up for the waitlist as well ;)
Please also lmk if I should add any others (soo many out there and can't seem to keep up)!
