how to explain 'just'?

group of 7 people. each person spent something or nothing for group dinner. just is only then if each member paid exact same amount for dinner. using statistics median would result unjust result.
example: person a to g paid the following

a) 10
b) -
c) 20
d) 30
e) 90
f) 10
g) 20
average is first 10 + 0 + 20 + 30 + 90 + 10 + 20 = 180 and then 180 / 7 = 25.71 plus error 0.00428571428571...
so. in to a empty pot (the accounts netting variable 'temporary') each person must pay in to or receive from the following

a) 25.71 - 10 = 15.71
b) 25.71 - 0 = 25.71
c) 25.71 - 20 = 5.71
d) 25.71 - 30 = -4.29
e) 25.71 - 90 = -64.29
f) 25.71 - 10 = 15.71
g) 25.71 - 20 = 5.71
naturally. person e would be paid down to 0 first before person d is paid. and paying down is as people a, b, c, f, g pay in to empty pot. so. order sequence is: e, d. person e has right to receive and take from empty pot first and until his difference to average is balance 0.
each person who did not pay as owed is penaltied by exclusion from future group dinners by replacement with a new group dinner participant. the loss by that person not paying becomes split to the remaining 6 in the group, which would be a additional calculation and cash changing
hands round.
just explained. this thread explains how I with my high-school friends netted expenses for food during snowboard vacation week(s). it's a very simple methode. but very important to know and be able to explain. as that is proof of just logic in use. which again is required for a
group to continue in peace after split up as life is with time. without, a unpaid such dinner contribution could bloat to full scale civil conflict if not netted just.
