The current national conversation on race is a political front for a predominantly white, wealthy, educated professional class that is eager to assert its cultural & socioeconomic hegemony, but whose liberal pretense forces it to do so in the guise of altruistic social justice.

The animating belief propelling this culture war disguised as racial reckoning is: "We are the ones who possess the moral authority and moral credentials to manage the affairs of this country and to be its elites."

National media are the vanguard and priesthood of this project, fueling it and enflaming the country every day by routinely filtering & distorting every story, event, and development through the lens of race and propagating new definitions of systemic racism and white supremacy.

Corporations and capital have joined this project as a low-cost high-reward strategy in which they forge a common cause & political bond with those who make up not only their own managerial ranks but also those who generally hold the levers of cultural power throughout society.
