1. Focus on one thing at a time.

The human brain is not made to multitask. Focus on one thing, get it done and move on to next thing.
2. Write to-do lists.

If you live a busy lifestyle and forget things. Writing down a to-do list will help you always have a visual on what needs to be done.
3. Wake up early.

There is only so many hours in the day. Successful people wake up early and get more done before noon than most do in a day.
4. Diet

Your mind and body work as a machine giving you energy and focus. The better the diet, the more energy and focus which increases productivity.
5. Walks and exercise

Sometimes the day can be overwhelming and you start to lose focus. Exercising or simply taking a walk can clear your head and get you locked in once again.
6. Don’t compare yourself to others.

Comparing yourself to others decreases productivity. Compare yourself to yourself. What did you accomplish yesterday? Do better today!!!
7. Eliminate distractions.

The news, drama, negative energy, television etc. Eliminate it and watch your productivity sky rocket 🚀
