Today I learned that the Georgia Governor's Mansion is staffed by prison inmates serving life sentences.

Apparently it's a "good behavior" reward, and something they use to dangle the chance of parole over inmates.

This is FUCKED UP.
It looks like this also happens in Lousiana and Arkansas.
