Our addition to the conversation feels like a small one, but it's not.

Our first antiracist principle is "Affirm the dignity and humanity of all people."

We, collectively, probably believe we are doing a decent job at this principle, but we can do so much better.
Take time today to critically reflect on how you are affirming the dignity and humanity of your students through your interactions, through the curriculum, through your policies, through your willingness to stand up for them.

Our collective humanity depends on it.
