I& #39;ve tried reading Holocaust books before, didn& #39;t manage. The trauma was overwhelming for me. This one is different. It& #39;s written in such a way that you can witness the trauma and still be hopeful for the human race. Go read it. 3/?

I knew it would be hard to anticipate how many tweets in this thread. While I was writing the above, the 18yo cat managed to dislocate his shoulder by trying to jump on my chair and getting stuck. Surprisingly he seems "fine" after I rescued him and placed the shoulder back. 5/?
