|| bucky constantly doing so much for sam and until sam realizes that the reason bucky is doing so much for him is because he's scared sam will think he's not enough and sam sits him down for a conversation about it because that's the only way they can start working through it

|| bucky doesn't have nightmares quite as often when he's with sam (and sam is able to convince him to sleep), but when he does sam is always there to comfort him because he used to struggle with nightmares too
