Info about assessments/tests: in many areas NHS diagnostic processes are on hold atm due to covid. It may also take a while to get assessed privately, but the Baron-Cohen online test is a good initial indicator of autism spectrum condition/disorder: https://psychology-tools.com/test/autism-spectrum-quotient

I'd been wondering whether I may be on the autistic spectrum/may have ADHD for a year or two but only looked it in the eye properly during lockdown. Apologies if this thread causes any alarm or stress. Hopefully it may help a little if you've been wondering about this too.
