Neglected and abandoned for sex and alcohol all throughout her childhood.
Stealing cars without a licence, going to clubs in NYC underage and having sex with strangers. It& #39;s ok though, just like Marg Snr taught her,you can always get antibiotics or an abortion if things go wrong.
Marg snr flirting with Margaret& #39;s much older boyfriend and plying him with alcohol....before he took her FOURTEEN year old daughter out.
She has now slept with not one boss but two....I& #39;m only on chapter 4.
Margaret calling out Jennifer and saying how looking after kids isn& #39;t "work" but here she admits that she had live in help, full time for she and her step kids!
I can imagine it Margaret, your Mother abandoned you emotionally and neglected you as a result of alcohol addiction and to sleep with married men. Projection much?
Again, it seems Marg wants to shame Jennifer for having hel as a full time Mom when Marg herself had a FULL STAFF. Even more than Jennifer has. The hypocrisy is unreal.
Here& #39;s Margaret showing her nurturing side. One of her employees is about to have surgery for a brain tumour and she wants to know how she& #39;ll make money whilst he is in hospital. As Siggy said "you don& #39;t have an ounce of compassion".
Again, Marg ganging up with Lexi to bully another employee to the point of tears. It& #39;s ok though, they did it with such "deep love". Seeing how long it would take to make her cry?! Again...Siggy called her the Ice Princess....
This is her boasting about the fact that not only did she have an affair with Joe behind Jan& #39;s back but also with the lead singer of Foreigner in a hotel room. Pre-planned btw.
The rest of the book was basically her making crappy business decisions and it was bore city. Marg really exposes her M.O in this book and I didn& #39;t like her before but I like her even less now.
