“Kababaeng mong tao” fuck you im not male nor female https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😃" title="Lächelndes Gesicht mit geöffnetem Mund" aria-label="Emoji: Lächelndes Gesicht mit geöffnetem Mund">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🖕" title="Stinke-Finger" aria-label="Emoji: Stinke-Finger">(check thread to understand what the phrase means)
My mom said this to me, it roughly means “a girl like you-“ its often used whenever a woman does something or has something thats not proper or clean.
For example,, i didnt take a shower , theyll use “kababaeng mong tao” because women here are supposed to be always clean, have their hair combed properly, smell good, etc.
People who use this phrase are usually elder women in their 40s.
My parents tend to guilt trip us (mostly me and my elder sister) by saying things like “you always do this and that etcetc” and my mom always says “you all always act like I dont care for you” ++
Which is completely untrue. I truly do love my parents but the way they “worry” and “scold” is is emotionally abusive to the point a little scolding can cause a breakdown. My mother has a history of shouting at us, or people in general. especially me.
I tend to hide my emotions but at one point she kept on screaming since i tried to “talk back” at her to show her i was hurting. But i ended up minutes later hyperventilating and paralyzed. I couldnt move and my whole body was shaking.
My mom held me which probably made the paralyzation last longer.
My mother also engraved this to my mind which traumatized my whole body and mind. The phrase “stop crying”. When i was a kid, she always told me this. This is obviously something you shouldnt do to a child because- kids arent supposed to suppress emotions???
Now theyre sad that im not talking to them or opening up to them. Or me getting mad at them for trying to talk to me. Like?? Who would wanna talk to someone who traumatized you LOL
Anyways if you reached the end of this thread,, then thank you for reading— it really makes me feel like my negative emotions are valid and makes me feel like i shouldnt suppress them. Just so you know, im fine. Thanks for reading my vEnt? krkrkr
