In order to pitch to the client, we need to discover more about his needs, experiences & values.

What problems or doubts does he have?

What key questions need to be asked?
3. Pitch

Articulate in a way which resonates with values & needs

Address the problems discovered and doubts to be clarified.

Manage expectations.

Adapt.
