Why Stan Kroenke needs to get the hell out of my club [A Thread] #KroenkeOut
He completely disregards the clubs' values and morals and for the past years has not provided any vision for the club.
He has done nothing for our infrastructure, we've built nothing new or upgraded anything since he took full control except changed the number of disabled seats. Dein is responsible for the new stadium, Wenger for the training ground and plans for other upgrades predated Kroenke
Kroenke is entirely responsible as the man at the top for the fact after Dein and Edelmann, the club had no leadership, no support for the manager and a failing scouting system, just a commercial side slowly going backwards with no plan for anything beyond 'being self-sustaining'
He is more responsible for our decline from 2007 onwards than anyone else whether you think he should have supported the manager better or sacked him. There is literally no case for him being a good owner beyond 'it could be so much worse, it already is so much worse...
Club has grown financially thanks to him? NO. As has every other club playing in the league by virtue of the commercial success of the Premier League, that's not down to Stan
Record Sponsorships ?? Our commercial deals are laughable, just like our player sales, we are one of the biggest teams, in the biggest city, in the most successful league, our commercial deals should be orders of magnitude bigger than they actually are.
By the introduction of Financial Fair Play regulations, a key reason behind investment in football club investment is to operate it as a business in order to gain dividends and capital growth.
Kroenke doesn't want to grow he wants to 'self-sustain', which doesn't win trophies.
A lot of fans want him to spend his money on players as Abramovich has done at Chelsea or Mansour has done at City and are angry that he doesn't. I'm not one of them, but am angry at him for running the club as a money-maker and not a contender.
For him, as long as we're breaking even--and the global fanbase virtually ensures that it always will--he doesn't seem to care much about how well the team actually performs. As long as we're in any European league, he's content. That's not enough to be considered a good owner.
A few reasons I don't like him :
-Doesn’t interfere in day to day running or in football matters
-Priority is making money rather than winning trophies, so:
1)won’t put any of his own money into the club
2)will only react to a downturn on the pitch if it affects the finances
He has taken money out when he thought he could get away with it and would have taken more if he hadn’t been challenged.
-Sees supporters merely as consumers with no affinity or empathy with them as individuals (expensive tickets, tons of kit releases for revenue)
He sits in the background and leaves others to talk about ambitions. That approach was probably fine between 1998 and 2005, but things have changed: Arsenal are worse, the competition is fiercer and expectations have grown as fast as the money that’s poured into the game.
Lack of ambition from the top means that there’s no drive in the rest of the club to get back to the top level. They accept Europa league football and the bottom rung of the big six ladders. After feasting on caviar for so long, Arsenal fans aren’t enjoying these sausages.

Disgraceful , that's definitely Kroenke https://twitter.com/afcstuff/status/1384641169943142403?s=20
This was the most recent game we've seen him 'get involved in' and we weren't wearing red .... coincidence ??
This was more of me trying to rationalise what is happening, but enough is enough.
This is an unprecedented decline for a club that was once the benchmark , the standard.
