My views on $NNDM acquisition of DeepCube

- @3Dpcb has detailed the objective of becoming a company that builds production purpose 3d pcb printing to enable just-in-time production to free working capital and long wait and dependency on the Asian supply chains

(1/10)
- Despite having cutting edge product, it is still a military-grade product that needs to be adapted for mass-scale production and this is where acquisitions are important - reach to new customer base and cover gaps in $NNDM core and functional technology
(2/10)
- In a recent chat on e-toro, $NNDM CEO discussed the industry disruption coming in edge computing with AI-enabled smart devices directly embedded or infield, where a file can be sent OTA and can be printed for tailored requirements to enable/update the edge devices
(3/10)
- This is where DeepCube comes with ready-to-deploy technology based on deep learning especially on the edge devices and in real-time. Based on @3dpcb statements, DeepCube is pushing the frontier and leading force in this domain
$NNDM
(4/10)
- @3dpcb CEO is very consistent in his statements, vision, and strategy. Given this acquisition, IMO they are taking the next step where we are going to see much more acquisition by them as $NNDM product and service offerings are becoming clearer.
(5/10)
- Next step in evolution is turning $NNDM machines into AI-enables smart machines i.e. machines can learn by its own mistake and improve the process and via DeepCube brain on a cloud-based ecosystem to connect and update more machines within the organization or outside
(6/10)
- We need to be careful here we it will take 4-5 yrs to get it right and many more things to go right for @3dpcb $NNDM.
- Mgmt. has shown right intent and direction and at some time, far east asian supply chain will counter this threat
- IP is key differential then
(7/10)
- Overall my confidence has increased with this acquisition in $NNDM, however, the results will only come in due times
- I expect @3dpcb management to stay aggressive in M&A and acquire necessary technology
- $NNDM is set to disrupt and expand 65-70 billion$ pcb industry

(8/10)
- The price of the acquisition is super cool and $NNDM has done a good job
- Opened access to new customers also + new services for existing customers as well
- DeepCube allegedly has some serious traction with the semi-conductor industry, need to see more evidence though
(9/10)
- I'm very keen to see what other acquisitions are in line and how efficiently @3dpcb integrates these companies without any disruption in their business and hit the ground running
- Before YE, we should see a $NNDM view on integrated offerings for coming years and fit
