Election rigging has THREE main effects.
First, the President knows he is unpopular and not liked by the people. YOU CAN CHEAT PEOPLE BUT YOU CANNOT CHEAT YOURSELF.

Law is not VALUE NEUTRAL. The ultimate point of law is to render justice. Hence, the head of the Judiciary is called CHIEF JUSTICE.
