I am not super active on Twitter, but seems like this is the only way to reliably access @Chase and @ChaseSupport and have records. Got approved for a credit card on Apr 8, didn't receive the credit card in 3-5 days. Made 12+ calls to the support totaling over 6 hours of time.
On the final call, I retold my situation again (so many times i did this!), the call was cut abruptly. Turns out they security locked the account because of my calls to inquire on a card that was not received, nor I knew what the status was. Nice way to treat customers? @Chase
