-of course , over the years the flaws of APMC have been made evident ! But how corporates gonna function . They gonna appoint a field representative or a team of representatives who will deal with the farmers regarding the crops required ( you can compare them here with Arthiyas)

-Farmers need to be educated about the whole process but does the government has required resources ?
⁃But there is no regulation on Non APMC Markets and also they are not liable to conduct proper agricultural practices.

⁃Deregulating stockpiling can contribute to influencing prices by hoarders (who fluctuate price by controlling demand & supply).

-Many States are alleging that centre is destroying Co-operative federalism by making laws on the State subject of Indian Constitution. !
